Sometimes life feels like a lot to carry, it may be a time of transition, a time of discovery, a time of exploring your identity, or just everyday life weighing you down. I aim to create a space to help you create meaning out of the heaviness and explore how to lessen the burden of daily life. Ultimately you are the expert in your own story and sometimes you need someone to help sort out the details to create a more empowered understanding of your resilience. I deeply enjoy working with clients to explore patterns of their generational and past traumas and work with them on ways to break the cycle. I take an eclectic approach in working with clients in order to help them individually reach their goals, feel validated, and feel supported.

As a therapist, I feel uniquely honored to hold space for your vulnerability and aim to create a safe place for every one of my clients where they can share their unique stories freely without judgment. I graduated with my M.A. in Marriage and Family therapy from Northcentral University in 2021. I take a systems-focused view within my practice and firmly believe that all individuals are connected, we all impact each other and our stories are all intertwined. In 2021 I co-founded PRISM: A LGBTQIA+ Support Group for Teens in the Tri-Cities and am passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ population in our area.
