Caitlin Meadows LPC, MHSP
Adult Individual Therapist
Treatment Focus: Trauma, dissociation, attachment and relationships, life transitions, LGBTQ+
Welcome! As a therapist who goes to therapy, I understand how important finding a good fit can be, and I’m committed to creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their innermost thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
My therapeutic approach is deeply relational, understanding that each person's path to healing is unique. I believe in harnessing the power of connection to facilitate self-expression and foster insight. I work collaboratively with clients to address and process life, build a stronger mind/body connection, and connect with their authentic Self. I honor the lived experience of all individuals as intersectional feminism and social justice are intrinsic to my values.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), offering a versatile toolkit to support clients in their healing. These evidence-based modalities address a wide range of concerns, from anxiety and depression to complex trauma and interpersonal difficulties. I’ve worked with a variety of populations with my experience in community mental health, but feel passionate about working with trauma, dissociation, attachment, life transitions, grief, self exploration, neurodivergence, men’s issues, LGBTQ+, people pleasing, and boundaries.
Outside the therapy room, I’m an artist, bookworm, porch sitter, houseplant hoarder, nature enthusiast, and momma to my sweet fur-baby angel, George.
From one human to another, I welcome all parts of you and am honored to grow with you as we traverse this life.
